On 28 June 2026, the new Executive Committee of the Methodist Girls’ High School Old Girls’ Association was inaugurated, marking the commencement of its tenure, with our current President continuing in office alongside newly elected members.
The election, conducted entirely online, reflected MGHS OGA’s commitment to inclusivity, transparency and the effective use of technology. The results were announced on 4 June, following a process overseen by the Electoral Committee chaired by Mrs Tinuade Fowler.
As we begin this new chapter, our focus remains on building the MGHS OGA Block, strengthening our sisterhood, promoting members’ welfare, fostering collaboration and supporting the continued growth of MGHS.
Together, we move forward with renewed commitment, unity and a shared vision of legacy and impact!
The goals of the Executive Committee are:
1. Raise funds and build the MGHS OGA Block.
2. Foster an inclusive sisterhood among old girls at home and in the diaspora.
3. Adopt and Practice of the MGHS OGA Constitution.
4. Advance welfare opportunities for our elderly members.
5. Network to enhance shared interests and collaboration for economic and social well-being of members.
6. Support the school management to elevate the profile and standard of MGHS.
